1. Service

AutoTube provides online software for creating and managing AI-generated video content. Features, supported providers, generation times, and availability may change as the service evolves.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

3. Credits and purchases

Credits are digital usage credits for AutoTube services. Credit packages, prices, included credits, and promotional credits are displayed before purchase. Credits have no cash value, are not a bank balance, and cannot be transferred or resold unless AutoTube expressly allows it.

A purchase is completed through our payment provider. Credits are added only after payment is successfully verified by our payment system.

4. Refunds and payment disputes

Credit purchases are generally final once credits have been successfully delivered to your account. We do not provide voluntary refunds for unused, partially used, or expired credits, or solely because you are dissatisfied with an AI-generated result, except where required by applicable law.

If you were charged but credits were not delivered, were charged more than once for the same purchase, or experienced a confirmed payment or service failure attributable to AutoTube, please contact support so we can investigate and, where appropriate, provide a refund or credit adjustment.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived. Where applicable law requires a refund, cancellation right, or other remedy, AutoTube will comply with that requirement.

Unauthorized-payment claims, card disputes, and chargebacks may be investigated separately. We may suspend or restrict an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, or payment misuse, subject to applicable law.

5. Credit usage and failed generations

Credits may be consumed when you request AI generation or another paid operation. If AutoTube confirms that a paid operation failed because of a technical error attributable to our service and the operation did not deliver the requested result, we may restore the affected credits or otherwise provide an appropriate adjustment.

Credits already consumed to successfully provide a service are not restored merely because the generated content does not meet your personal preferences.

6. Acceptable use

You must comply with applicable laws and third-party platform rules. You must not use AutoTube to create, distribute, or facilitate unlawful content, fraud, impersonation, harassment, or infringement of another person's intellectual property or other rights.

7. AI-generated content

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unavailable. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or using it and for ensuring that your use of the output complies with applicable law and the terms of any platform to which you upload it.

8. Intellectual property

You retain rights you already own in content you provide to AutoTube, subject to the rights needed to operate the service. AutoTube and its licensors retain rights in the software, service, branding, and underlying technology. Third-party AI providers may apply additional terms to generated content or inputs.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep AutoTube available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Providers, integrations, models, and features may be unavailable, rate-limited, changed, or discontinued.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, unlawful use, or material violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law and any rights you may have.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
